Somerset.... Winsham Web Museum, when it was launched in 2002, was the first museum managed in the UK to exist solely in cyber space. With this came tremendous benefits in accessibility to large quantities of information and illustrations in a very convenient form. People can gain access, via the world wide web, on a 24 hours a day basis, all year round, from any part of the world that had access to the Internet.
