Christmas has always been celebrated well in Winsham. In the Church,in The Bell and at many parties around the village. The lighting up of the Christmas Tree, organised by the Street Fair Committee, is always a sure sign that Christmas celebrations have above .Many houses also are decorated with lights,and some even wish you 'Merry Christmas' as you go through the front gate, which after a while may dilute the Christmas spirit for the near neighbours ! |
