Celebrating the 120th Anniversary of Winsham Parish Council
Winsham Parish Council held its first meeting  on the 13th December, 1894, in the Jubilee Hall. On December13th, 2014, in the Jubilee Hall Winsham parish celebrated, in some style, this 'Double Diamond Anniversary'.
The Jubilee Hall was filled to maximum capacity. A dinner was served, and it was followed by a specially written play by Stella Abbey. The evening concluded with community singing led by Tony Meech and Ivor Hyde. For the first time ever the Jubilee Hall was floodlit for the event. It was a very successful event.

Ivor Hyde and Tony Meech led the community singing. Tony was using the new Jubilee Hall keyboard for the first time.
